A single JSON payload received by an ingestion endpoint — one sensor measurement, one device transmission. Batched payloads count per item within the batch.
Users sign in by entering their email address. We send a link — clicking it sets a session. No passwords are stored. Third-party application and device access uses OAuth 2.1. Supported flows include Authorization Code + PKCE for user-facing apps and Client Credentials for devices and services.
An isolated environment for a set of devices and endpoints. Free accounts include unlimited workspaces, each with a single member. Enterprise plans remove the member limit.
On the Free tier, ingestion requests are rate-limited to protect shared infrastructure. Enterprise deployments run on dedicated infrastructure with no throttling.
Enterprise customers can request a dedicated deployment operated by us on infrastructure of their choosing. Full self-hosting is not currently offered.
